The forensic goggles apply a special black light UV filter over the wearers vision, highlighting any fluids that had been wiped away such as human blood.

The goggles can also be adjusted to hone in on certain chemicals or DNA signatures. It can detect higher levels of decay miasm from corpses, or highlight fingerprints left in the environment that have been scanned from multiple occurrences of the same sample.

They also glow a nice neon blue, purple, pink, and red depending on what it was tracking
