Utility belts are one of the few things you might actually get a request for as a QM and even then you don't see many requests for them usually at all.
Utility belts should stay as something only QM can order more of to keep that small bit of demand for something from the QM.
There's already a void of things to do as a QM since nothings ever requested by anyone ever.

Utility belts are far too useful to just let anyone with basic access make more. The only things better than a utility belt for carrying shit around your waist is med belts and sec belts.
Among the previous stated reasons, it makes me worry that other very good similar items (like those mentioned above) would be easily available, which can very easily screw with the game.

QM only gets asked for three things. Belts, Gloves, and Meds. Also actually one other thing is implants/guns for sec every once in awhile.

I don't think people ASK for bees. QM just delivers the bees and everyone is happy.
