Armor part 2: the buffening
A lot of stuff in this game outright ignores armor, most egregiously, critters and thrown objects. This continuation/update of the armor patch fixes that, by me going and arbitrarily making a lot more things respect armor (generally, anything that's applying physical force and could be maybe reasonably blocked by armor).
(this is necessarily built off of my last patch, so that I have the functions I needed to do this)

Oops, just realized there's some character encoding issues. fuck.
merged, I didn't apply your armor calcs to a few actions (grab based and chair flip)
