Clown-only traitor item.  Just a regular clown mask that works as internals.  If you want to make it a bit more than that you could have it be unremovable.  And immune to acid if that's possible.  Clowning is a commitment, damn it.

Edit: It could also give you the Comic Sans mutation as long as you wear it.
