Engine aux port bug

Normally I use the aux ports to vent the engine loop's gas to help boost power and to create a mix for the chamber. I vented the hot loop for plasma and put it on its pad in the chamber. Then went to get the cold 02 from the loop. I put the empty 02 can and vented it for about 3 seconds. I then took it to the chamber. Upon opening the valves to let the two tanks mix in the chamber I realised the 02 tank had something seriously wrong with it as it was making noises. I checked it and it had something like 2.30451e+06 kPa it then exploded igniting the chamber and creating leaks all over engineering causing massive fires. The cold loop aux port said Pressure: 2.30451e+06 kPa the other cold loop ports were reporting roughly 64502.4KPA each. Which is not exactly possible when I only had about 3000 KPA in it before the 02 can went off. Basically this caused all of engineering to catch fire in about two seconds completely fucking it all up.
