Adds a 7-TC traitor kit similar to the Footballer and Bowler outfits. The Syndicate Maid is geared towards a simple gimmick -- slipping and dipping. It comes with an antique mop and a mop bucket to easily wipe down surfaces, and a large bottle of acid for really hard-to-clean pieces of garbage (like Staff Assistants). Best of all, the specially-made heels prevent clumsily slipping on your own handiwork--and they add quite a punch to your kicks if it comes to that. From head to toe, the Syndicate Maid kit is a purchase that loudly tells the world that you're here to take out the trash.
Sprites and original concept were provided by the talented Awkward Dryad. The DMIs are individually zipped here:

I'm honestly surprised Awkward's not the one that made this one.

Uhhh, wasn't this precise idea already moved to 'rejected' in ideas subforum?

That was in the context of nuke ops, where I agree it wouldn't have fit the general aesthetic. This is to add it as a kit similar to the Space American Football Kit or the Bowling Kit, where I think it fits pretty well with the silliness.

While I like the overall concept, I believe it's horribly overpriced. Janitors can already get the mop for free, it's easy to make a bunch of acid already, so the only unique feature is the noslip heels of extra kicking damage. Compare to a similar theme purchase, the footballer, who gets the extra kicking damage shoes on top of all the other abilities, and which is priced so high, in part, to avoid being able to buy it on top of other combo-able purchases such as the cloaker and the csaber.
Again, love the concept and would buy it, just not at that price; I think 3TC is much more reasonable.

Some of the feedback I've received has been about the TC cost--the kit is currently a bit underpowered for what it costs, especially since everything in it but the clothes can be acquired elsewhere. I priced it at 7, the same as the other two costume kits, but I don't think its as strong. 6 or 5 TC would probably be more appropriate right now.
I'd like to include a kit-only item like the other two costume kits have, but I didn't want to delay the whole thing while I figured it out. If you've got any ideas on that front, please post em.

is the costume going to be available outside of the kit? or at least an inert version of it that doesn't have the various buffs and such

Give the mop a "hidden blade" aka one that you can't see in the mop head and boost the damage a bit, maybe? Add some sort of maid-grenade?

This was discussed briefly in admin chat. The general consensus was that the set does not provide enough utility for what would normally be considered a traitor item. The items in this set are not particularly unique in terms of what they actually do, the uniqueness stems from the sprites. So it amounts to a niche gimmick, which is perfectly fine, but sort of at odds with how other traitor items and costume sets work.

I'm taking a break from the game for now due to work (thanks coronavirus), but hopefully I'll be back in a month or so with an updated version. If I don't, please assume the COVIDPLAGUE took me and use the code/concept as you please.
