Two Borg Related Issues

Issue #1
Answering a Mentorhelp as a cyborg makes the cyborg module panel window pop up.

Issue #2
When using the portable chem-master on beakers containing new chems, some old names show up.
Example: Chlorine Trifluride shows up as Infernite.

Issue #1 is a common window handling problem, I suggest you keep your panel open at all times or something.
