Major People can become unclonable due to something

Title. Some people can become unclonable due to what I'd assume are runtime errors, as 'status' of cloner doesn't update.
For admins: Logs @ 4:50PM @ GMT+2 @ #2 should contain them.
Person in question was cloned twice, with second run containing floorpills in cloner.
I attempted to delete and rescan the record, same behavior occured.
