[Feature] GPS distress signal wireless packets

GPS distress signals now use wireless packets instead of for (x in world). Allows for distress signals to be sniffed by Mechcomp for automated alerts. GPS units now also respond to pings and the status command on channel 1453.

This also adds some pipes and spacing between menu buttons on the GPS to make it look a little nicer
