Concept: organ donation and vending machine for medbay
Gibs and organs can be placed in the machine to be repurposed for complete organs for surgical implant for those in need, meaning cybernetics aren't the default
Janitor can use trash bags to collect Gibs to input into the machine for credits, as can others
Whole humans can be put in the machine for instant gib and organ reclamation, and their death should come up as "x became an organ donator!"

My additions to the idea would be:
-Perhaps having a organ selling vendor or vending machine in the asteroid belt or even the space diner - so there would be a way to easily purchase ludicrious amounts of hearts for heartburgers for the chef. Of course the price needs to be higher than the selling price at the medical-asteroid-field-robot.
-Buying organs from a shady vending machine or vendor outside the station could also be pretty cool. Cutting the need to fill the machine with gibs like Adam suggested. Though in my opinion both of these ideas would be quite nice to be implemented.
