Major Clicking on a sticky note attached to someone negates click cooldown

I found this one out last round by harmbattoning a vampire, and realizing that I could keep attacking without any wait. I tried it again the next round on a monkey, and the same thing happened. I see now that it was brought up already over Discord with MBC saying they fixed it, but it's still an issue.
