Major *ALL* sounds cut out when standing on medical stairs

I don't know why this happens, but after talking with someone while standing on a med staircase I noticed that I cannot hear OR produce any audible noise whatsoever when standing on the white stairs used in Medbay. After testing with another person we confirmed that this is not a local issue: Other players won't hear any sound you make while on the stairs too, as WELL as you being deaf.

Here's a video I recorded showing off this bug both as someone standing on stairs, and listening to someone else standing on it.

This could REALLY mess up a player's experience if they're unforunate enough. Imagine not hearing critical noises like people getting attacked, or gunfire. Or worse, imagine this being exploited to easily kill someone without either party making any noise whatsoever.

Identified as an incorrect turf type being used, will try to locate an appropriate person to inform of this and/or fix it.
