How can you send PMs in the forum?

I don't think you can send forum PMs.

Probably because people would be dumb and send messages to the admins to get bans resolved (which did nothing for their case)

Plus I don't think anyone used PMs for anything else.

If you really want to talk to someone, find them on IRC or ingame, or post to them publicly.

Notice that doesn't mean make player complaints, cause that's dumb.
