Major Kidneys cannot be put into the chest

I can remove my own kidneys fine, but attempting to put one in just gives me a message that the hat/mask/glasses need to be removed.  If I do that, then attempting to put it in does absolutely nothing.  It doesn't even give me a message.

I've had the hat/mask/glasses issue happen to me earlier in the week. Not sure if I was able to successfully replace the kidney after removing headwear, though. Might've let the poor guy leave with a missing kidney, come to think of it
