I'm not 100% sure about this so correct me if I'm wrong.
When you clickdrag a person to a cloner, sleeper or a genetics booth (maybe other stuff too) your intent changes to grab, you grab them and then you shove them in. However, after that your intent doesn't reset back to whatever it was before. More importantly your intent UI doesn't update so you often think you are on help intent while you are on grab. This can be a big deal if you are a doctor performing surgery.
