Were Stuns Tweaked Recently?

This could well be my imagination, but it seems like it is now common to fall prey to a string of near-constant, two second stuns when in crit. This makes formerly manageable situations a lot more hairy. I'm not per se opposed to this, but I'd like to know the rationale, which I can't rightly do when the change hasn't been documented. I couldn't pinpoint it, but this seems to have taken effect sometime in the past month or so.

Again, it's possible I'm delusional and it's been this way since time immemorial.

This has been a thing as long as I can remember. It's just that it tends to happen once you get to a certain stage in crit, but it can start whenever.

no large stun changes in the last few months. in fact, the repeated string of short stuns used to be a perma-KO a few years ago (optimizations and rebalancing have made it more Interactive)
