Minor Flock hearts losing all unique functionality.

Flock hearts [https://wiki.ss13.co/Roboticist#Heart] lost all their unique functionality recently.
i believe this may have been caused from the numerous changes done to organs recently.
they used to:

• reduce your max reagent capacity.
  
• periodically inject coagulated gnesis.
  
• prevent coagulated gnesis from attempting to replicate using your blood (not reagents).
  
• make your blood splatters from bleeding teal.
  

The overlay they give is still present (only visible underneath clothes):

Currently they act as completely normal hearts:

• standard 330 reagent capacity
  
• no stamina bonuses
