They should still take some damage though, maybe like 10 brute/20 stamina or something.

I want to have a real lightsaber fight dang it!!!

(By extension, toy swords should as well)

If someone uses a toy saber on a real one (or vice versa), the C.saber should slice the toy in half and continue with the normal damage.
