Tasers jamming when taken out of toolbelt/backpack.

Over the last month or two, I've had a consistent issue with tasers not firing for a solid second or two after being taken out of some form of storage, be it a sec toolbelt or a backpack. It's lead to a lot of frustrating moments where I should've had someone but I didn't, and while I'd understand a slight delay between taking it out and firing, this is a long enough delay that it doesn't feel intentional.

This has also happened to me recently, and led to losses recently that I normally wouldn't have had in the past. There's times where I can't fire for a second after pulling out my taser from my belt. It's incredibly frustrating.
