Remy can take shotguns off racks and use them

Remy (and presumably other critters) can take a shotgun off the rack in the armory and have it deposited into their hand despite normally being unable to pick shotguns up. This leaves a "duplicate" shotgun behind on the floor.  Normally I'd go with feature here but, for who knows what reason, when Remy fires said shotgun it fires buckshot.  Since I'm pretty sure the riot shotguns come preloaded with rubber slugs that's a bug.

Or Remy is just a stone cold killer, one of the two.

Edit: Per OOC what may have happened is that someone picked up the duplicate and loaded it with buckshot. If that's what happened that's definitely a bug, but we had a Remy with a buckshot shotgun yesterday as well.

I can confirm that Remy or critters are able to pick up shotguns, I played HoS just today and someone mentioned something about the riot shotguns being in my office so I went and put them back and checked prints with nothing on them and saw Remy leaving Security
