Trivial Merchants on merchant shuttles are improperly layered.

Very often when a merchant shuttle arrives it will look like this:


Under that chair is a bee merchant, who the game renders behind the chair rather than on it. The same happens for a lot of other merchants.
This doesn't affect anything but looks silly.

Fixed! Traders should no longer hide under chairs.
