Title, pretty much. Normally, the game stops ghost critters from writing things on paper or scribbling things on walls with a pen, so they can't be like "Detective is an traitor" or "Grey O'Shirte killed me" . However, they can write on sticky notes perfectly fine, and people can still read them.
