Blob needs a rework

After playing roundstart blob it's certainly stronger, but it really needs to not be blocked from expanding by lit candles/cigarettes/matches. Also if someone's holding a lit weldingtool it damages any blob tile they're standing on, effectively making them completely immune to absorption.

Welding fuel should not flow under blob tiles.
