Circus board patch was just merged in: https://forum.ss13.co/showthread.php?tid=12392
I tested this morning, and it looks like the circus board does not function as an ID scanner, so it cannot be used to log in. It also does not change the user's job assignment or play a honking noise upon ejecting an ID.
