As mentioned. Spawned field medic crate on Oshan, trauma kit was invisible. In addition, when I click+dragged it to me there were only four visible slots, with no item in the lower-left slot and two items in the upper-right.

ah, it's icon has gone missing. It's meant to be a pouch, like the ammo pouches. So it can live in your pocket and be reached in to with an empty hand. Should be fixed now.
