Aggressive Grabs should prop up the person as if they were standing

1) still applies lie down slowdown, limp bodies are uweildy!

2) they properly act as human shields

I really like the idea of cloaking and then dragging around a corpse and pretending that person is still alive, please make this a reality

i agree, not a fan of when i'm arresting an antag and they lie down regardless that i've cuffed and level 2 grab them

This is a good idea! Either this or maybe an option in their inv screen (i.e. setting another person's internals)
