It seems many people, myself included, have no idea on what is okay for people to know about certain antags and something to clarify this would be appreciated.

I think that generally characters just know what would be more fun to know (for the story).

But some sort of standardization would be interesting and perhaps beneficial.

Anything would be better than "The staff assistant knows to shout "LING IN MEDBAY" before any sort of announcement of a possible changeling has been made".
