PDA program renames force first letter capitalized
#1
The practical effect of this is that you can't rename something "Ticket Master" or "Port-a-Sci Remote" because they get corrected to "Ticket master" or "Port-a-sci remote".

So you can't, say, leave your PDA out with "BOMB" renamed "MISSILE".

Why would this even be a bug in the first place? Did they like hardcode it to not do that?

Since this is an intentional design change, I'm moving this to I&S and I'll need a confirmation from AIBM that it's ok to change.

I'm not understanding how it's an intentional design change. It prevents you from using the names of programs that already exist, or renaming them well.

It also kinda undermines one suggested use, effectively making "BOMB" useless for being a sneaky asshole.

You can see in the code that it actually hard forces proper case; it's not an accident. For some reason, the coder who coded it intentionally made it impossible to rename BOMB to MISSILE.

Which makes this a suggestion to have that changed, and not a bug.

Anyways, I agree with the suggestion
