Major Dimensional Shift re-entry bug

So I was just playing a round. 100% gene stable. Katana dude attacked me and started chopping limbs off. I entered dimensional shift, clicking it madly. Accidentally I immediately exited. Except now my body was completely invisible. Over the next 5 minutes or so I slowly bled to death as the janitor vainly attempted to clean the floor time I was sitting on, since my invisible and unclickable corpse was still bleeding. I tried entering the dimension and leaving again but it didn't help. Then I died.

I am not sure how reproduceable the bug is but I tried to give all the details I could.

on gene_remove() set loc at turf and disable effects
