Major Smoke powder is bugging out

Smoke powder seems to be bugging out, and has a chance to not ignite which makes combo beaker bombs really unreliable. While I don't want to post the mix I've been using, I've tested it with combustible and non-combustible reagents in the mix, and both have about a 50/50 chance to fail to ignite. I've spoken with Pacra about this issue, but I wanted to document it on the forums for other admins.

Ive been randomly having a bug where smoke powder and such wouldnt react on heating, if I already used the beaker for heating something before that.
There was some action that would make the beaker "remember" being super heated and the chems I put in go off immediately.
