Emaggable Robutts

Add emagging of robutts, causing them to fart of their own accord, perhaps even when not attached to a fart-capable person.
Also makes farts L O U D E R maybe. Or cycles through some whacky sound effects.

As an aside. robot lungs for robotic burps and screams(?). Also emaggable.

maybe it could disable the safety limiters and allow the robutts to essentially have empowered or non-empowered High-pressure intestines and knock people down when you fart, maybe with a small chance to explode itself.
