Currently, epinephrine comes in 15ml intravenous syringes. In real world application, that's a shitload of adrenaline being directly dosed into your heart and it's kind of impractical to have a random syringe like that in a medical kit. It's also a bit tedious having to wait a fairly long amount of time pumping in a life saving chemical into a dying person
I would suggest to instead have a pack of instantly applyable and disposable autoinjectors. The idea being that the quicker you can put in adrenaline into a person, the greater their survivability would be. It could bring up a messege to the person if they are in crit that tells them that they are currently being saved, such as a messege that says "Your dreams seem to become frantic."
Calling it epi-jects or just outright calling it epi-pens is up to implementation, but it just seems natural considering that's how epi is applied.
