the tiny text reads: 'The Ghost command can be found in the Commands tab on the top-right.'

this happens after dying in the afterlife bar. just the text is tiny, thats it

Seen this happen with regular suffocation deaths on the station as well.

yeah with further testing it seems to just be all deaths
