Minor Doors give unhelpful messages when crowbarred

If you try to crowbar a door open and it fails, it always seems to output a message about the door not opening because it's powered. This occurs even if the door isn't powered, like if the bolts are down or the door is welded. Something like "The door won't open because the bolts are down!" or "The door is welded shut!" would be a lot more helpful.
