Trivial Bolding & Italicizing on the PDA Notekeeper App is Broken

Similarly to this bug, if you bold ([b]) or italicize ([i]) (and probably underline if that's a thing?) something when editing a note, save it, and then edit it again, it'll convert them to <b> and <i>, making it a hassle to bold or italicize anything.
