Minor Medical patches take too long to delete after use

After using a patch, on someone or yourself, sometimes it won't delete fast enough between when you use it and when you click something else in the same hand. I've taken to having to manually drop or throw the used patch to get it out of many hand to pick up something else fast enough.

I imagine that qdel is being called on the patch after use. Probably could fix it like how it is done in most other places, where the object is just dropped from the hand before calling qdel.

Also, Grabs take a long time to delete from your hand, but that might be less straightforward of a fix.
