yes, i like this idea, a lot, please add this

In the meantime you could always just scan a pipe dispenser and make a new one, but that's still a tedious process

That place is pretty important for mechanics testing in an "I don't wanna accidentally kill anyone" way. Since mechanics are the only ones who really mess with pipes, having one there is a good idea. Especially since 'pipe accidents' can be really, really annoying for people.
