Show if a Data Terminal is Connected

Getting a data terminal to connect just right to the grid and mainframe can be a pain - especially if you've built over it already. As such I'd like to suggest that using the multitool (or some other tool) on a data terminal will let you know if it is talking to the mainframe. That way you can check your freshly built data terminal before things get built on it.
