Minor Click dragging to tiles with liquids on them doesn't work
#1
Say, for instance, you want to remove an artifact from one of the machines in the artlab on Oshan, and it's currently flooded with water. You are unable to do so until the tile is clear of water.

Yeah I've noticed this, but not with artifacts, but rather that trying to interact with a tile depends on you being able to click on the floor. As such, if there is water on the floor you must ctrl+alt+shift+click and stand still for a few seconds to get the list of all things on the turf you clicked on, including the actual floor.

Perhaps clicking on a flooded tile should usually just function the same as clicking on the tile rather than the water? There are some exceptions where you'd want to click the water, so perhaps by holding ctrl+alt you could click on or click drag with the actual water. By default, however, you'd be interacting with the floor tile, not the water.

Other problems this bug causes (these should be circumventable via shift+ctrl+alt+click, but that's a pain in the ass):

- Not being able to click on breaches with floor tiles/rods (though you can stand over them and use the tile in-hand, iirc)
- Not being able to crowbar floors
- Probably anything that has to do with interacting with floor tiles, such as unloading a cargo hold from a pod or maybe using an RCD.
