Flashlight beams

If someone is on the tile you click on you dazzle them with the glare of the flashlight

Maybe make their screen go bright, but no stun.

Having it shined at you could be a bit like being  flashed, vision obscured wise.

You could see the area around you that the beam illuminates, but have the further tiles obscured.

So, a Sec team could have someone obscure the view of someone armed with a gun while others take aim
