Huge Emergency Tank Bug
#1
Basically, if you fill an emergeny O2 tank with air, it'll suffocate you. I've also had an issue in which the O2 tank became an emergency hood upon switching the output pressure to 200.
#2
Did you make sure to check the output pressure? 17 is what you need for pure o2.
#3
Happens to me from time to time, you have to reset the output pressure. You can do this by clicking on the tank with it in your hand.

But yeah, not a bug.

81 I think is the pressure for air mixture, 17 for pure oxygen I believe

seems right.
basically just want to have around 17 partial pressure of oxyen for whatever gas mix you're using, regardless.
81kpa @ ~21% O2 = 17.01kpa ppO2
