Character Setup Blood Type disappears

In Character Setup when I was choosing my blood type I clicked cancel and my blood type is no longer there. "Blood Type:" is still there, but my selection area has completely disappeared. Reset will bring it back, but Randomize will not. I was able to reproduce it fairly easy.

I haven't tested if this does anything in game.
