Matter Eater doesn't work on Z levels other than the station/debris field/what have you. It says that you're not hungry. For some reason this includes the shuttle and Centcom? I don't know if there's a gameplay reason for that...

You can potentially find secrets with it I think...
Either way definitely not a bug.

I feel like since Empowered Matter Eater was majorly nerfed, this doesn't really NEED to be a thing, at least on shuttle or centcom.
