[Feature] Doors welded and bolted shut can stop Kudzu growth

This is really more of a suggestion post than a patch post since it's so small. 

I had this idea a couple weeks ago, when I noticed that it did not work. Sure you can stand next to those doors and cut the kudzu until it stopped growing, but that's not really a solution unless the kudzu is really small. I think that logically it makes sense that doors bolted and welded shut should be able to stop the growth of plants, and it's a little cleaner than having to build rcd walls or using force fields than any jerk walking by can turn off.. 

Small change in kudzu.dm. Now in the kudzu check for if the object next to it is a door, now it also checks to see if it's welded and

The idea makes sense, but for 6 or 7 TC i feel like Kudzu already has a hard time makign its way through some airlocks as is. If this was to be implemented I would push for a lower TC cost.

That's an interesting point. I forgot that it does happen that doors can by chance not be opened by Kudzu. Maybe a better option would be to make Kudzu having a (or near)100% chance to open doors. But doing different things to doors lowers the probability of the kudzu breaking through. I realize now that I didn't consider shocking doors to have an effect on kudzu's ability to open them, maybe it could.

For example:
Door - only bolted = 75% chance per kudzu growth cycle that it can open the door
Door - Only welded = 75% chance
Door - Shocked & powered = 50% chance kudzu breaks through
All active = 0% chance that kudzu can open door

Currently (in 2016 at least) Each closed door encountered by Kudzu has a 50% chance to be opened by the Kudzu per growth stage.

I very much like that idea Kyle. It involves player/AI effort and would encourage teamwork for sure

OK, made that change but tweaked the values a little bit. I'm not sure if this will be a kudzu buff or nerf with these, but this is how it looks.

Bolting/Electrifying/Welding all effect how well an airlock stands up to kudzu.

- A normal door now has a 90% chance to open
- A door with 1 (Bolting/Electrifying/Welding) = 50%
- A door with 2 = 25%
- A door with 3 = 0%
