Stop wizards from teleporting while incapacitated
#1
They can't use any of their other spells while incapacitated, why can they use this one? The way its currently implemented a teleport scroll is almost a 30-use soulguard.

Please lord yes, this would give wizards actual consequences to being stunned some of the time.

You mean like death, which is the usual result of a wizard being stunned?

Teleport scrolls have only four charges and the teleport spell itself has a long cooldown.

What's this about wizards being able to teleport while stunned?

If you're talking about the teleport scroll menu thing, there are some serious disadvantages to keeping that dialog open.

The biggest one being that it takes priority over a lot of other menus, including, but not limited to, pod wormhole creation, scrying spell casting, and security camera navigation.

No, wizard is rare enough without people being able to just wipe the floor with them with a lucky taser shot.

Why complain about things you've never used though?
