Also, turning them off while you're in a minisub doesn't seem to actually turn them off properly.

I did some changes to human mesons, but i'll bet this happens because cyborg meson effects exist somewhere separate

i will look later

Minisub/pod mesons (conclave sensors) have a similar effect.
