Ability to create bank accounts for new ID cards

Shouldn't we be able to have new bank accounts and payrolls for when our IDs get destroyed by PDA bombs, stolen by clowns, etc.?

I imagine this would be a function from the ATM.

Having the ability to attach a bank account to a card would be nice.

Suddenly losing access to your money sucks in the rare times you can use it.

This is actually my biggest gripe with PDA-bombs, too. Not the loss of access, not the loss of one or two limbs, but the loss of the $1000 that I collected from silly staff assistants.

5/5 would support fixing this long-standing issue again.

I support this but mostly because it's an easy way to embezzle money from the payments account

I was thinking something more along the lines of, you get a bank account with the listed job and your name, but the actual payroll and balance still have to be set through an ATM and/or the bank console.
