Overview
This patch lets you click on pumps, volume pumps, and passive gates with a multitool to configure them. The UI is rather basic, but functional. I figure this'll let engineers tinker around and optimize their burns, or toxins scientists to get finer control over pressure in the burn chamber.
Motivation
I've always enjoyed how much modification you can do to atmospherics and the engine on TG code, so I decided to add some customizability to goon's admittedly rigid atmos machines.

Can set target pressure on pumps: ✅
