Reproduce:
- Get a box (say a mechanical toolbox)
- Use surgery to implant the box into your own body. Make sure you sew the the box securely into your chest cavity with the suture.
- Fart the toolbox out and give it to somebody to put items into.
- Travel a long way away
- Use surgery to extract the implanted box, pulling it back though space-time, into your ass, and out off your body via your chest.
Doing this without securing the box also produces odd behaviour: when farting the box out, it appears both on the floor and in your hand or can be teleported. Its weird.

I donno, this feels like fix gone awry.
I Suspect that it was consideted an exloit to allow people to reach up their ass and open the box. So for boxes, behavior was changed, so as to fully expel the box. But this fix has missed a few 'set to null' bits.
So this fix should be fully reverted and I should be given a million space-bucks and world peace for discovering it
