Help people on fire by dampening the flames with clothing or towel

I'm not sure if this exists or not already, but I don't think I've seen it.  When someone is on fire, nobody can help them unless they have a fire extinguisher or chems. And if you click them with help intent then you usually end up hurting them since you'll make them stand back up if they were rolling on the floor to fight the flames.

I think using a jumpsuit, or exo suit, or things like towels/bedsheets on a person with help intent will put out the fire on them a bit faster.

I wouldn't be opposed to this, but I'm not ultra excited either. You may have more luck with this idea if you submit it as an already finished patch.
